In compliance with Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes, the 2009 EAR-based amendments of the City of DeBary Comprehensive Plan were prepared by the City of DeBary's Department of Planning, Zoning and Development Services in conjunction with GAI Consultants, Inc.

This report will be the basis for updating the City's Comprehensive Plan.
